After raising my two boys as a single mother and who are now young successful men who are 27 & 29 and have 30 years of sales and marketing experience, I'm looking to slow my life down working as a Nanny for a loving young family. I've always been drawn to young children; hence I'm looking to be an asset to a family in need of an experienced mom, and not quite yet grandmother. The last 5 months I've worked as a Nanny part time (7:30 - 2:00) for an almost 8 month old, but due to finances they have decided to move their son to a montesorri day care. They will provide a strong reference and willing to speak to anyone interested in hiring me as I've become part of their family, and they have become mine. To share a little more about my experience: I've worked with a mom who pumped and breast fed for 6 months so I'm used to washing pump parts and managing breast milk. I followed the Wonder Weeks leaps 1 thru 6, transitioned through various nipple flow numbers so familiar when to advance to next stage, sanitized toys weekly, familiar with formula and combo feeding with breast milk. Familiar with baby led weaning by feeding himself, cooked puréed fresh baby food, meal prep for parents, familiar with taking Cara babies sleep support.
