Watching children has been something I've been doing since I was a child! When my younger brother was diagnosed with severe autism, watching kids became a second nature to me. I was his babysitter growing up, giving me multiple opportunities to grow my skill set and capacity for watching a variety of kids. This started my want a little kid to be a babysitter and care for kids and make them feel as valued as possible. When I was 11 I started advertising my child care services; from that then eventually word of mouth, I was babysitting consistently for four families, with a few more who called every so often, keeping my weeks and summers full until I left for college for three years. For the last year I have been back I have some more babysitting experience, and now that I am looking for other ways of creating income Read more I want to get back in the babysitting game, hopefully full time! During this two years I have been a server at a European cafe, and the past few months have been transitioning to a lead shift position for another local restaurant. Working in this industry involved constant muti-tasking at an extremely fast-pace, often with little to no aid causing me to solution seek quickly on my feet. I was able to keep customers satisfied, frequently receiving thanks for my valuing service that they said made them feel comfortable and at home. I have a reliable mode of transportation with five seats and seat belts. Preparing food and light housework are also something I am willing to put effort into as a family needs. I also have experience with pets, as well as managing plants if needed. Keeping the children I watch happy while being safe and secure is a top priority; I always keep a watchful eyewhile interacting and playing with children . My goal is to make every child and their family as feel valued as possible by always putting their needs wants and desires first. I am more than happy to met with the family prior to using my services, to ensure the parent feels as secure as possible with me caring for their children.
