My wife and I initially had a hard time putting our baby’s safety into someone else’s hands, but we are so happy to have found Melanie. I go into the office 3x a week and while my wife works from home throughout the week. There are times where it was too hard for us to balance work with giving full attention to our daughter and we recently decided it was time to look for a babysitter -- we are so lucky to have come across Melanie. She is mature, kind, professional, and most importantly great with our daughter. We contacted one of her references who spoke very highly of Melanie and how she goes above and beyond. We decided to do a couple trial runs with Melanie and our daughter and she did great! They played together, read books, and after feeding our baby she cleaned up while my wife and I were able to catch up on work. We got to know Melanie a little more and she is very genuine and hospitable. We immediately had a good feeling about her and I’m sure any family will feel the exact same way. We highly recommend her!

Melanie is incredible!! Honestly she is my other half. She has been our consistent part-time nanny, every afternoon, for our autistic son Logan for over a year now. I cannot speak more highly of her. She has seamlessly become a staple member of our family, bonding with our son when he was minimally verbal, and now she helps him with homework every afternoon and takes him on fun outings to Chuck E Cheese and the dollar store every now and then! I can’t imagine my life without her!! If you are in need of an incredible nanny mornings, nights, or weekends this is your girl. Whether your child is special needs or not she has been a godsend to our family and helps to clean and organize our house, decorate for the holiday, etc… could not recommend this sweet girl more!

She is such a sweet and kind babysitter. My kids adored her. Love how she updated us frequently about my kids. She always made us feel at ease. Would love to have her again.
