I'm 19 years old, moving from a small town in northern California to Southern California in hopes to fulfill my dream of being a lawyer. I just completed my first year of community college with a 3.5 gpa. Experience: I have 8 siblings, 7 of them being younger than me. Starting in 7th grade, i raised two of my youngest siblings from birth to ages 2 and 3 (due to my mothers inability because of drug addiction). ‘Raising’ them consisted of: feeding, clothing, bathing, playing, putting them to sleep/sleeping with them, finding someone to watch them while i went to school and played sports, and most importantly loving them. I also volunteered as a counselor at Shady Creek environmental camp, where i cared for a group of sixth grade girls. Since I have been about 13 years old, i have babysat for friends and family whenever i was needed. I also have animal sat as well as house sat for a numerous amount of people. In addition, i cleaned a family friends house for quite some time. I am good with dishes, bathroom cleaning, sweeping, moping, and laundry. A little bit about myself: I have maintained a 3.5 gpa and higher since i started high school. i started working when i was 16; i have had three jobs since then. My last job i was at for 3 years and quit to move down here. I am a very hard worker and i take my responsibilities very serious. I played basketball for 6 years, both for school teams and traveling teams. i ran both track and cross country for a year. i love being outdoors and going on adventures, but i also love to chill and read a good book. my friends and family back home all tell me that i have an old soul. i am very family-oriented and i love love love kids!
