Juana Ines stuck out because of her previous experience and her personal first email to us. She was very professional through the entire process (phone interview, in person interview, shadowing and starting of the job). She came very prepared for the in person interview with references, CPR card, etc. She made an impression on our son right away and interacted with him immediately. She was willing to be hands on and ask questions without hesitation. It was without a doubt that we wanted her to step in as our nanny and be part in raising our child. Every day that I come home, she is doing a different activity with him. She even brings items from home to help with his learning, play and exercise.
