I'm a former Montessori teacher with a combined 7 years experience between that and day care Group Supervisor. I also have a 30 year old sister I raised through my parents divorce while I was a junior and senior in high school. More than the experience I have working with them, they usually tend to see me as a big kid. I love doing projects musically and artistically with them so they can discover who they are. But nothing was more gratifying then when I asked my 4-5 year olds who was on a 10 dollar bill, and Dylan replied, " Alexander Hamilton". Knowing that I taught a 4 year old something I didn't know until my twenties, well I'm tearing up right now.
