Hello! My name is Demetria and I reside in the wonderful city of Los Angeles. I've been in love with babies and children since my little brother was born. I was about 5 going on 6 years old and my mom would tell me that I never left his side! Growing up, I vividly remember asking to help change his diaper or wanting to feed him. We played "school" very often and I would be eager to teach him the things I was learning in school. We even spent a few years at the same school and everyone knew I was his big sister because I was always with him/protecting him. Even to this day, I make sure I pour into him everything that I have learned from life thus far and make sure he is on the path of purpose. I have also babysat on countless occasions for my Read more niece from birth and who is now 10 years of age. I've babysat for several family members throughout the years, as well as worked at a nonprofit for 5 years that served children with special needs in sports settings. My heart is in servitude, so whether it is volunteering at a local shelter or babysitting children, or tutoring at a local after-school program, I get so full from seeing others happy and learning. Children really are our future, so I believe it's important for us adults to pour love and guidance into them and provide them with a safe space to grow into who they were always meant to be!
