I love babies, toddlers and children because they do and say the cutest things; it's a pleasure to help them learn. There is nothing that gives me more enjoyment than playing with them, teaching them new things or just watching them sleep. I have been babysitting since I was 8-years-old. I babysat all the time when I was in 6-12th grades. I have volunteered in my church's nursery and I have been an instructional aide for 4th & 5th grade classes for 4 years. I was a stay-at-home mom. My son is almost 30 years old and I have a 3 year old grandson. I am looking for other little ones that need someone to watch over them when Mom and Dad do what they need to do or while they spend couple time together. Pets are not a problem; I don't have any allergies and I've had pets most Read more of my life. I have and have had dogs, cats and my son even had two rats once. I do not handle rodents, they would have to stay in their cage while in my care. I have had a lot of experience taking care of sick pets, so If needed I can administer medication to your dog or cat, In 1986 I was trained as an Emergency Medical Technician. I am no longer certified, but I still have the knowledge on how to deal with an emergency if one should arise. I am willing to get re-certify in CPR. I have a clean driving record, a very safe and dependable car with full coverage and an up-to-date car seat for infants to age 7 years. I live a clean life; I don't smoke, drink, use drugs or foul language. I try to be the best role model I can. I love being a grandmother and I would love to care for your little one(s) like a grandmother with all the love and security she provides.
