Hello! My name is Adriana and I have always had a passion in working with children. I started babysitting around the age of 14yrs old mostly family members or family friends. Professionally I have also worked in the field of ABA so I have experience with children on the spectrum. I worked here for over a year, I would say it taught me patience because you realize every child is different. So you have to figure out how they learn best what motivates them to reach their goals. Most importantly though it taught me how to become a better teacher. Recently though I graduated from CSULA and have been working in the Anaheim school district. I do work at a junior high as a specialized instructional aid so I help students understand their classwork, homework, and even counseling them on their behavior issues. I work with general classes as well Read more as special ed classes so I am used to all the chaotic energy, middle school drama and the silliness children bring. Which works out perfectly because I am the same way, anything that has to do with sports, arts & crafts, DIYs count me in. Not only does this add to my professional experience, but it is also something I have enjoyed and been doing for so long. I am currently working on getting my masters in order to become a math teacher for junior high school students. :)
