Hello there! I'm Rachel and I am a single mother to my 3-year-old son and I graduated from Cuyamaca College with an associate of arts degree in child and adolescent development in June! I am currently a Junior at San Diego State University where I am majoring in child and family development with a specialization in child development. I love being with children and I find joy in scaffolding learning based upon their interests and that has inspired me to pursue a career in education. I taught swimming for six years and I love the water! I love getting children outdoors and I also love reading to them! I think that yoga is a great way for children to get moving and center themselves and I'd love to implement the practice into their routine! I am very laid back and flexible with different learning styles and I approach discipline as Read more a learning opportunity for children. I can't wait to meet your little ones!
