Heyo ! My name is Pa’shance (pronounced Patience) I’ve been working in childcare and with children since I was 12 years old. I recently started working with the YMCA and found that childcare is my calling. I enjoy educating and engaging with young minds. I find that their input, perspective and understanding teaches me more in one day than I have learned in my 22 years. I have worked with many kinds of children who have all faced different emotional, psychological and educational backgrounds. I view caring for children as a privilege.
