Looking for work as a babysitter or nanny

  • 6 years paid experience
  • Babysitter in Exeter, CA 93221

Meet Rae

  • Comfortable with pets
  • Has a car

I have a total of 6 years of paid child care experience but I am 32 and have been caring children within my family, for friends, neighbors, and acquaintances since I was 10. I have also had the privilege of volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) with Voices For Children, where I advocated for children placed in the foster care system. My role involved spending time with the children in various environments, collaborating with social workers, foster parents, teachers, and counselors, and making recommendations to the court based on the child’s best interests. I enjoy caring for children of all ages and am very good at working with them. I take a parents routine and rules very seriously and always make safety a priority. In addition to being a fun and reliable sitter for your children, I can also do anything around the home that needs to be Read more taken care of such as cleaning, cooking, errands, pick ups and drop offs, yard work, laundry etc. I am looking for work as a sitter because I genuinely enjoy being around kids and take pride in the fact that they like me too. I'm here to make your life easier, please contact me if you could use some extra help!

Report

Trustline is California's official background check for license-exempt child care providers (i.e. babysitters and nannies) and the only authorized screening program in California with access to fingerprint records at the California Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and access to the California Child Abuse Central Index. The Trustline registry toll-free telephone number is 1-800-822-8490.

Pursuant to Section 1596.859 of the Health and Safety Code, parents have the right to receive information regarding any substantiated or inconclusive complaint about licensed child care providers. That information is public and can be acquired by visiting the California Department of Social Services' Internet Web site at "www.cdss.ca.gov".
