I had always found myself dedicating my time and care to others since I was young and I carried that love of others well being into my adulthood. I enjoy getting to know my patients as much as I do caring for them and I have been blessed to have known many remarkable individuals throughout my career path in civil service. I am currently working towards becoming a surgeon and believe that one of the most rewarding and encouraging ways to embrace how to improve the quality of treatment and of care for the patient's I hope to one day treat, is by truly knowing what the families and the patients face. My personal goal in the pursuit of my medical career is to improve the quality of care between doctor and patient relationships. I grew up in CA within a large family with both siblings, cousins and friends children of various ages whom I cared for daily or periodically depending on circumstances and have continued to care for when the need arises. The children’s ages ranged from as young as a newborn to pre-teens. I have always been an advocate for the well being of children and it was through personal experiences with children that I began my current journey pursuing a medical degree in neuro science and psychology.
