Hello, I am a 36 year old Christian mother. I have actual experience for babysitting. I may not have a huge gold medal certificate but I know how to properly take care of children and to also have fun and work with them. I am not the type of other babysitters who would sit the child into watching T.V. I would like to also have the moment to keep them active and live their age. I would also like to do light housekeeping. I have four beautiful kids and I have went through the experience four times. I have also looked after friend's children. I have excellent references such as: A doctor, Mario Ochoa, from Selma Family Clinic. Elizabeth Ochoa, Selma clinic manager. Also a friend, Vangie Moreno, who works in Fresno Unified School District. There is also a principal, Hank Gutierrez, from Fowler High School. Last one is my Read more Pastor, Benjamin Carrillo, ** If you need my references contact info, you can email me at veronicavillareal36@gmail.com. **

I hired Veronica to help out 5 days a week for 3-4 hours/day with my 8 month old son. He is now 10 months. From the first meeting, she was very professional & prepared, eager to work hard. She instantly connected with Lucas (our son) by playing & talking to him with his stuffed animal. Since that day, he's fallen in love. She is so attentive, patient, and very hands-on with him. She loves to talk with him, explaining what she's doing & helping him develop in the ways that he needs (crawling, picking up food, etc.) THey have become fast friends. He always has a big smile for her when she arrives, and continues to reach for her and laugh when she is around. :) Her work ethic has been hard to beat. I've had two other caregivers, and non of them worked as efficiently and consistently as she has. One of my job descriptions was to help tidy the kitchen (after baby meals, etc) and fold laundry while our son napped. She takes initiative to start work as soon as she arrives until the last minute she's here. She is fully "on the job" at all times. She also doesn't talk my ear off, which has been another thing I really appreciate. She is warm and pleasant, but doesn't overstep her boundaries as my employee, nor has she gotten "too comfortable," as some others have, by arriving late or lacking initiative around the home. She is very respectful of privacy and boundaries, and was quick to learn my style of cleaning up & what/where she could organize and help out around the house. I never have to ask her more than a simple statement: "Could you tidy up the kitchen?" and she's on it. She's on time, always dressed and ready to take him out to the park or for nice long walks around the neighborhood. I trust her implicitly, as she has always been honest & forthcoming when I've asked her questions regarding her history & own experiences while caring for our son.
