I started caring for children during elementary school and high school as a babysitter for various family friends and relatives around my neighborhood. Upon beginning my undergraduate career, I subsequently started working for the City of Fremont as a camp counselor for their specialty learning camps, a position that I still hold. It was during my senior year at Saint Mary's College of California that I started as a nanny for an amazing family in Moraga. After receiving my degree in Child and Adolescent Development from Saint Mary's, I sadly had to leave the family in was a nanny for and I start a position as a Behavioral Therapist for Goals for Autism. I stayed with Goals for Autism for four months, before leaving for a position as an Instructional Aide for Saint Edward Catholic School in which I aide in running the Transitional Kindergarten class there. Now I am Read more a graduate student at the Saint Mary's School of Education pursuing my Masters in Teaching and I am an Instructional Aide for St. Bede Catholic School.
