I've worked with kids and adults as a care provider most of my life. I've administered medication and provided transportation. I've also prepared meals and have done deep cleaning. I've changed diapers, given baths, picked out clothes, provided comfort and helped with homework. There are so many things that I could list for experience and if I've never done it I am always willing to learn something new and add it to the list. It's never to late to learn.
