I'm a mother of two looking to hang out with your kids and make a little spare change! I'm 43, obviously experienced with babies and older. (My children are a rough-and-tumble 20 month old girl and an artistically bent 4 year boy.) I love to read to children and paint/draw with them. and since mine are no longer babies, I also would LOVE to watch infants. I'm college-educated (with an MFA to boot.) I babysat a ton from when I was 10 years old into my 30s but I've listed as references a few parents who I had a babysitting exchange with ("you watch mine and I'll watch yours") so that you have some more recent references. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your children!
