My name is Evelyn, a 23-year-old Latina currently enrolled in college and has a job position at an elementary school for an afterschool program. I have experience tutoring at UCSB, helping students with their homework at the elementary school, introducing fun activities while still keeping them focused, and bringing a positive and understanding attitude towards the kids. I have a passion for helping children with their needs and families- I believe a strong support system is necessary for their development. I am reliable, organized, and a multitasker. Need help with home-cooked meals? I am a great cook and I love to do it! Also have pets that need some care? I don't have any of my own but I would love to finally have the chance! My main goals are to provide a safe, caring, and positive environment for those that need my care.
