I've been taking care of children since I was about 10 years old. My mother began working as a nanny for a family who had a year and a half year old boy and were expecting a daughter soon. I would go with my mom to work on holidays and I would help take care of the boy by playing games with him, feeding him, getting him dressed, going on walks and putting him to sleep for his nap. When their daughter was born I would help feed her, change her. As the children got older my duties began to change when I would babysit them. I would help them with their homework, get dinner ready, give them baths before bed. I also do a bit of light house keeping. I have been around children for about 10 years now, I have 2 nephews and a niece that I love Read more dearly and when they come to visit I try to do as much as possible for them to be entertained. On occasion I do take care of twin girls, and I have to give them dinner, I play with them, read to them, give them a bath and get them ready for bed.
