I am a mother of 3 children and currently reside in the Hawthorne area, but will be moving to Lancaster within the next month. I have a BA in English and an AA in liberal arts. I also hold my CPR and first Aid certifications. My entire background mainly consists of Education, which everything I have learned as a teacher, I use at home for educating my own children. I do not believe babysitting should be strictly on siting and watching a child play but also interacting and helping teach the child. I have assisted my mother with her own child care and my children's grandmother, who also owns her own child care. I have recently taken child care orientation to receive my own child care license.
