In my personal experience I will share that I have been supporting families from a very young age! Both professionally and in my home. I am currently a Perinatal Health Educator, which includes supporting families from pregnancy through the 18 month postpartum by partnering with community connections and education around family wellbeing. I have child development and nutrition education and regularly discuss it with my families while we also focus on appropriate activities for their age.
