I enjoy being a sitter because I genuinely like helping kids learn, grow, and reach their goals in a positive and supportive environment. I find it rewarding to be part of their progress, whether that’s with schoolwork, routines, or creative activities. I have worked with an after-school program where I had my own classroom and was responsible for creating and managing a daily schedule that included structured homework time as well as educational activities designed to keep students engaged and learning. I also worked as a teacher aide for a summer program, supporting classroom instruction and helping children stay focused, participate, and complete activities successfully. Through these experiences, I’ve developed strong skills in communication, patience, organization, and classroom management. I’m comfortable creating structure while keeping things fun, and I’m able to adapt activities to different age groups and learning styles. I’m dependable, caring, and focused on helping children feel supported, Read more confident, and encouraged to reach their goals.
