I don't have as much work experience as most but I grew up helping my mom with her home daycare and I worked as a nanny myself for about a year. I also have experience with tutoring and can help with homework. Kids are some of the coolest people I've had the pleasure of meeting and spending time with! They are also some of the most vulnerable members of our society. I believe in treating children with respect and keeping them safe, while communicating the whys of the world and respecting their personal autonomy whenever possible so they feel heard and seen.
