Hi! I’m Briana. I adore children of all ages, am super creative and very well prepared. I can do in person or online tutoring and homework help, or babysit so you can work or do a date night! I have 10 years experience teaching kids from preschool aged up to high school. And I worked in an infant center taking care of babies for a few years. Plus I have my own five year old :) My babysitting rates start at $30/hour. Tutoring or school help starts at $45/hour. I can tutor more than one child at a time (so you can get a group of kids from the same class together and split the cost). Group rates are $50/hour + My Background: I have a 5 year old son and a single mom with 50% custody. I will come prepared with activities if I’m babysitting and ready to make the transition easier on your child. I’m extremely patient and believe in positive parenting techniques to get the best out of kids and avoid meltdowns. Teaching Experience: I was a certified teacher in California for 10 years - I taught in an infant classroom, kindergarten, 1st grade, 5th grade, middle (7-8 grade) and high school (9-10th grade). I've worked as a teacher in California (preschool and primary) and also abroad in South Korea (kindergartners) and Colombia, South America (middle and high school).
