I started babysitting when I was 11 years old. When I was old enough to work with children in the workforce, I started working as day care staff at the YMCA. In daycare, I learned to supervise children ages 6 weeks through 13 years! (Yes, huge age group, lots of multitasking!). After a few years at the Y, I became very involved in the sports camps, being a basketball coach, and later becoming the coordinator of the entire basketball program. I am now home and graduated from a 4 year university, where I studied psychology and writing while being a student athlete on the basketball team. I looking to go back to school at some point, but for now I am looking to help in homes where I know I am passionate about and that is working with children!
