As a teacher in a local infant and toddler center and a recent graduate from SDSU in Child & Family Development (May 2019), I have had many professional opportunities to work with young learners for the last ten years . However, as a church volunteer, I have worked with 2 year olds to teens for over twenty-five years. I have spent more than half of my life learning alongside children, and this is one of the main reasons I went to college to pursue higher education. When I graduated from Grossmont College in 2013, I attained a job in a fully inclusive program and have cared for children with special needs in an early childhood setting. As a nanny, I have cared for children of varied abilities. Both opportunities have lead me to the the teacher I am today. Currently, I hold a full time position in a reputable center in Point Loma. I Read more am available on Wednesday & Friday evenings by 6:30 or Saturdays anytime... for a Saturday hike, dinner dates, special time away or just a movie night. I am a conscientious as well as a trustworthy sitter who can stay as late as you need with reliable transportation. I feel so luck to have found Sondra. She watched my two boys (1 and 3 years old) while we were in town visiting family. She arrived promptly (at 6 am so I could swim!) and was always prepared with engaging and fun activities for the kids. I was so impressed with her ability to quickly understand what each boy needed (they are very different), and to keep them focused and interested every morning. We will definitely contact her on our next visit to San Diego!

Sondra is amazing! Our kids (ranging in ages from 2 months to 6 years old) love her! She's well educated on the various age groups and their developmental stages! I don't have a bad word to describe her...she's always on time, extremely patient, warm-hearted, and very understanding! She is by far the best nanny my kids and I have seen!
