Hi! My name is Emily. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Education. I have a deep passion for working with children and bring both academic knowledge and real-world experience to the families I support. I have experience caring for children with special needs in both home and school environments. My background includes working as a behavioral support paraeducator and providing one-on-one care to children with autism and developmental challenges. Through my ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience, I’ve learned how to support children using positive reinforcement, structure, and compassion—all of which help create a calm and nurturing environment. I have experience working with multiple children at once both in the home and school setting. I enjoy creating fun and meaningful moments with kids, whether it’s through play, crafts, or helping with daily routines. I’m reliable, patient, and always attentive to each child’s unique Read more needs. I’m also very comfortable with pets and open to helping with light household tasks when needed. If you’re looking for a sitter who is not only caring but also trained to support a wide range of developmental needs, I’d love to connect with your family!
