Fun loving, adventurous, outspoken, and responsible. Love anything that has to do with water and the beach( kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, floating..... u name it). Hiking, walking, and just plain exploring, I grew up in the Pacific NW and its a part of me to be out in nature. I was an only child until my little brother came along when I was 9 yrs old. He became my first babysitting responsibility/experience. After that I became all of my parents friends' babysitter. By the time I was 13, I was a Summer Sports Camp Leader at the University of Oregon, where M-F I was the leader of 25-30 kids (Grades 1-4) ,T Escorting them all around the University campus taking them to the next event of the day, i.e. I would take them to the campus pool and would have to make sure they all got changed/dressed in a timely Read more manor so we could get to the tennis courts as scheduled. (one of my biggest challenges was getting the 2nd grade boys out of the locker room, being female I had to figure this out without going in the locker room, as it is still open to the University students) In high school I took child psychology and worked in the day care center @school all 4 years, 3 of those years I was a regular babysitter for 2 siblings who attended our day care center. The care I provided them was everything to covering date night for a couple of hours to multiple night over-nighters. I have no problem cooking, bathing, changing, morning/evening rituals, homework, parks, pick up /drop offs as long as I have the tools available to safely and effectively do them. Currently I work in the dining/hospitality industry so service comes second nature to me. I have my CPR/ First Aid certificate, as well as a food handlers card. CA Food Handlers Card : 06/30/2014-06/30/2017 CPR/AED Certificate : 07/2013-07
