My name is Whitney and I am 28 years old. I am currently completing my senior year at CSU Dominguez Hills where I will be receiving my bachelors degree in Liberal Studies. Being in the Liberal Studies Program, while also studying some Child Development along the way, I have been afforded some hands-on experience working with children. I have served as a Teacher’s assistant in a middle school setting, I have volunteered at a preschool, and I have done fieldwork at the elementary school level. I simply love children and hope to continue to work with them as I further my education and start my career. While I do not have children of my own, I do have two dogs; Brooklyn (Yorkie) and Banana (Dauchsan/Chihuahua mix). They continue to build my patience and strengthen my animal care skills.
