Hi! My name is Darleen and I am currently a college student, saving up for my study abroad trip this coming summer. I currently work as an afterschool daycare assistant at an elementary school. There, I work with students of all grades (TK-5) usually helping with homework and organizing/implementing activities. In school, I am studying psychology and planning to obtain my M.Ed. in school psychology or entering medical school to become a child psychiatrist. I have always loved being around children. There is a certain aspect about children that is so enjoyable to be around. It is such a joy to be able to enrich their activities and witness the development that during this time.
