I can giive a dozen references here in Santa Monica who will sing my praises. At this time I want to work with one baby (5 months or more) and here are my happiest items in my toolkit First As often a possible taking the baby out into fresh air. Even 5 minutes on a patio or in the back yard can be calming and joyful. After observing what a baby is looking at or playing with I like to follow their lead and then speak about the object. A baby does not understand the words but they somehow always understand and are happy for getting on the same page with you. Humming and singing are key I am infant CPR trained I speak French and Italian and have lots of love and laughs

Our daughter is nearly 2, and Lori has been babysitting for us for about a year. What can I say, she truly loves children, and they love her. She talks to them, and listens to them as though they are the most important people in the world (and they are!). When our daughter went through separation anxiety, Lori knew exactly what to do. She is experienced, kind, and babysits because she loves it. She's our favorite!
