Hi! I am a 28 year old former Preschool Teacher from Page Private School in Larchmont Village. I am a UCLA graduate with a degree in Sociology and Applied Developmental Psychology and certified in CPR. After teaching preschool for a little over a year, I decided to go back to school and pursue a career in Ultrasound. While in school, I babysat for a family and mainly took care of the youngest (who was 1.5 months when I first started taking care of her) 3-5 days/week until she was about 20 months when I landed my first ultrasound job. After teaching, I also took up other babysitting gigs on the side, ranging from 3 months - 6 years old. I have paid experience taking care of infant twins and up to 3 children at a time. My mom has been babysitting for about 24 years now so childcare has been Read more something I have been around since I was a little girl (which probably explains my passion for working with children). I continue to babysit for the family I worked for while I was in ultrasound school to this day, on days/nights they need me and I am not scheduled to work. Taking care of children is like second nature to me as it has been around me since I was a little girl growing up. I am currently employed per diem as an Ultrasound Tech and recently got engaged, so I am in need of some extra money to help fund my wedding. And I figured, what better way to do it than to do what I love most - working with children! I know finding someone you trust to take care of your child isn't easy, so feel free to contact me to ask me more questions. I genuinely love working with children and excited to meet some new families!
