Dear parent, I am a 25 yo business graduate in La Brea who would love to take care of your child(ren) in my free time. While I have great experience working with children (age 7-12) as a mentor during my volunteer work, I don't have that much experience with babysitting itself. However, I believe that being a warm, caring, common sense person who is dedicated to taking on the responsibility of caring for a child is the essential trait. I have often experienced babysitters of friends and families who were not responsible enough to meet the child's medical needs, who failed to reflect the parents' values and education or who weren't fully interested in the kid's wellbeing with all their heart.
