Hello my name is Lorena R. I am 21 year old bilingual college student at El Camino College majoring in chemistry. I've been working with kids since I was 15. I first started off by volunteering at a local after school program and then began taking care of my nieces, and later babysitting for kids in my neighborhood. I've have cared for children from the ages of 18 months to 12 years old. In certain occasions I have been responsible for picking up children from school and either bringing them home or taking them to practice. I've also helped out with homework, made snacks (from sandwiches to basic pasta), have done laundry, and small cleaning chores. I enjoy doing arts and craft and teaching children about chemistry, astronomy, and the history of art by reading books, playing games, or doing safe experiments.
