Since I was fourteen i have been babysitting my nieces nephews , I have experience with cleaning ,cooking, bedtime stories , doing fun activities with children. With this experience because I started young has taught me a lot of patience, kindness , integrity, and thoughtfulness. I put their needs before mine. I am a liscense esthetician but taking care of children has also been a passion for me , not only am I teaching them new things but so are they, like this one time my niece seen me stressing ove a situation and she ran to hug me and told me auntie everything is going to be alright and wiped me tears, right there she showed opened my eyes on to keep my head and she was right. Besides babysitting my niece and nephew I will volunteer at my church and help in children ministry with children 2 and Read more up , helped with activities , have lesson plan ready for them, help clean before and after, but to keep them entertained because it was more than 7 children at once but with the help of other ushers from the church, this is where I learned to be patient , but also to keep good memory with children's names, and be able to multitask and listen to each child at a time, and make sure every activity that I do keeps them intrigued, for example , let them watch an educational movie and tell me what did they learn after words, let them do arts and crafts but to build something with their imagination, have them have free time because children like wander and have fun. Feed them healthy snacks for example cutting up some fruits and some sandwiches. It was a great experience learning every friday and Sunday nights t o spend with those children. I am now 20 years old I do makeup and wax because I am self employed and sometimes I do take care of my nieces nephew or my neighbors child and he is 3 years old I mostly watch them on the weekend or on week days , depends on how the parents schedule is. Since when I start baby sitting it's around 6 to 11 but during that time I play toys, watch movies , read them a book and listen to what they have to say about the book, and by the time the parents come home they are already fed and up in their beds tucked in. That's basically my training I did learn from my sister because she works at a school district and sometimes gives me great ideas on activities for the children, and how to discipline then as in like time out or no play time , but only max would be 15 mins and talk to them on what's going on and if they need to talk about it.
