I am currently in my fourth year at Cal State LA. I am majoring in child development. My past experience in childcare involved supervising and teaching at a pre-school. I was there as a volunteer. I work at kids retail store in Eagle Rock for 3 days a week. I am pursuing a career in teaching. In addition, I have also been learning sign language for a year and am hoping to one day enter a career where I can incorporate both subjects. Right now my dream would be to be an ASL art teacher and possibly even open up my own studio.
