I grew up in a big family so I've always been around kids my whole life. Me and my mom would baby sit during the summers from time to time and I really enjoyed it. My whole life I knew that I wanted to work with kids so I went to California State University, Dominguez Hills and obtained a Bachelors of Science in Child Development. My goal is to become a teacher and eventually become a school counselor. I have experience working with children in a professional level such as a teachers assistant and a behavioral therapist. I am also AED, CPR certified because I do work with kids often. I've babysat children during summers and winters when I'm not working or going to school.

We worked with Lupe for 2 months during the summer. She was excellent, and I would recommend her 100%. She was on time, communicative, and genuinely cared about my daughter. Lupe's specialized reading expertise was an unexpected bonus - my daughter (18mo) learned a lot of new words during their time together. I can't say enough good things.

Trustline is California's official background check for license-exempt child care providers (i.e. babysitters and nannies) and the only authorized screening program in California with access to fingerprint records at the California Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and access to the California Child Abuse Central Index. The Trustline registry toll-free telephone number is 1-800-822-8490.

Pursuant to Section 1596.859 of the Health and Safety Code, parents have the right to receive information regarding any substantiated or inconclusive complaint about licensed child care providers. That information is public and can be acquired by visiting the California Department of Social Services' Internet Web site at "www.cdss.ca.gov".
