Today is the last straw with this sitter. I have tried to be patient with her because she has some health issues and it seemed like she really needed a job but she has once again cancelled on me at the very last minute. She was supposed to be here in 15 minutes and she texts to tell me she has been in bed all day. I called and sent her a text message earlier to confirm she would be coming. If she knew she didn't feel well she should have let me know hours ago. I have been very patient and she has cancelled last minute on me more than 3 times now.
