Hi there! My name is Emily Straughn. First, thank you so much for taking the time for considering me to watch over your children! I have a large background in child care. When I was only 11 years old I took a course to be a certified babysitter. We learned CPR for infants and children, and all of the skills necessary to be a safe, and fun protector while parents are away. Since then I have been working as a paid babysitter. When I graduated high school I worked full time at a day care center for a total of one year. During that year I was an assistant in the infant room (18 infants with myself and my lead in one room) and I was also the lead teacher in the two year old room (22 two year old with me and my assistant in one room). Since I Read more made the move out to LA, I am now a character performer at Disneyland. I absolutely love kids, having fun, playing, and telling silly jokes! You can rest assured that your child will be safe and have a blast when I am there sitter!! I look forward to hearing from you!
