Ellie was professional from her first online interaction. She answered all of our questions with confidence and I appreciated that she had inquiries for us as well. Ellie believes in the power of vaccines, which was a key factor in hiring her. We invited her into our home for an interview and her warmth was memorable. Immediately, our 6 month old son was drawn to her sincere smile and calm energy. She was willing to work with our part time remote working schedule which is commendable. During her first week, she asked all the right questions like what was our son's interests, routine and if there were any diet restrictions and/or allergies in the home. She even handles our obnoxious dog well! We were impressed when she started brainstorming sensory activities with our son, and really appreciate her cleanliness.
