My name is Treyton Littlejohn (you can call me Trey!) and I hope to o connect with you about your babysitting listing and learning more about the opportunity to work directly with you and your children. To tell you a little about myself, I am a senior at Boston University pursuing an education in art history and archaeology. I am very passionate about making art and music education more widely accessible, playing with my band, traveling, and getting outdoors. My biggest passions are photography and cooking; I would be happy to help out in the kitchen in any way I can. I would characterize myself as an approachable people-person that demonstrates a dedication to honesty, a strong motivation to work hard, and a keen ability to connect with children. I direct a lot of energy towards listening actively, allowing children to express their feelings, and inviting them warmly to explore their creative inclinations. I have had a plethora of experiences taking care of children, both in Boston for two separate families and for a family in Los Angeles. With these families my responsibilities included but were not limited to, picking the kids up from school, running errands, taking the children on artistic and musical excursions, tutoring, cooking, cleaning, general house upkeep, engagement in the arts, and playing every board game imaginable. Additionally, I grew up playing basketball, baseball, running, and cycling and would be happy to translate my love of sports to the care of your children. I am more than happy to provide references from this experience. If it is asked of me, there is no responsibility that I would be unwilling to act upon or learn how to do and I am always happy to take initiative. I am by no means a perfect babysitter, but I am committed to learning, growing, and improving upon my skillset to best fit your needs.
