Hired her as a last minute sitter/mother's helper. Pros: good initial communication, punctual, interactive when with the kids. Cons: helped herself to the kitchen food/drink and medicine cabinets without asking, multiple bathroom breaks (6 in 5 hrs)for extended periods, left kids with mom for a time period and hung out in another part of the apartment.
Sarah babysat for us for our first date night in a while and she did a great job! She handled my 2yr old and 6mo old with no problems! She got them both to sleep too! We are very happy we found her. :)
Sarah has been occasionally babysitting my 1 yr. old son for about 3 months now. She is quick to respond when I need her via cell phone, text or email. Another good thing about Sarah as well is her being on time which is very important to us. She was never late so far; always coming a few minutes before the requested time. Always smiling and very friendly, we will definitely continue having Sarah babysit our son.
Never showed up to the appointment and never had the courtesy to call and cancel. Back ground check is also inconsistent.
