Alison was great! She nannied for our 20 month-old son full-time for a little over a month. Right away we felt comfortable with her, as did our little boy. Upon returning home, we saw how much fun our little one had througout the day! Alison is enthusiastic, creative, patient, honest, punctual, and a good communicator. She was flexible and very open to our suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her and, if we weren't moving, we'd make her our permanent Nanny. We highly recommend Alison!
