I am a compassionate, caring, creative and gentle soul who absolutely adores children! I am a certified yoga & meditation teacher for children and adults, passionate about mindfulness practices and helping children channel creative energies through meditation and creative visualization. I graduated from American University with a degree in film, in the process of becoming a certified holistic health coach, and am applying to graduate school to become a behavior analyst for children with special needs. I have a deep affinity for children and am deeply invested in their future as they continually restore my child-like curiosity and joy and have so much wisdom to share! I am a super outdoorsy person who loves to run, swim, practice yoga, workout, dance, etc. I would be more than happy to play with your kids outdoors and play sports like soccer or whatever they like :) I'm also a very creative person Read more who loves to dance, sing, draw, and read and I would encourage you're children to do the same. I have a car of my own so I would be able to handle pickups and drop-offs, help with homework, run errands, do laundry, get groceries, and prep meals. I have plenty of experience working with kids as a yoga teacher, gymnastics + cheer coach, tutor, summer camp counselor, and babysitter for the last 8 years. I have experience in working with young infants as well as toddlers and helped raise my two twin brothers who are now 8.
