We cannot recommend Cinthia as a babysitter. Despite multiple chances, she demonstrated a consistent pattern of cancellations and no-shows that made her unreliable. Our first scheduled phone call went unanswered — she texted mid-call citing a work emergency. After rescheduling, we brought her in for a trial session, which she had to leave halfway through due to an emergency with another family. A follow-up session went well — she engaged warmly with our two toddlers and even helped tidy up — so we gave her a third chance. She missed that appointment entirely, claiming she mixed up the dates. We rescheduled for the following day. She never showed up and did not reach out. She is personable and good with kids when she's present, but reliability is non-negotiable in childcare. We'd caution other families accordingly.
