Hello! My name is Dana, I am a 24 year-old female living in Oakland, CA. I obtained my BA in English (Pre-Credential) at Sacramento State and worked professionally as a site coordinator for an after-school program and in-house substitute teacher for an Oakland charter. I have taken several college courses on the topic of child development and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I spent most of my life child-rearing for my sister who is a night-shift nurse, caring for a 12 year old boy and two 6 year old and 4 year old children since their infancies. After realizing that the field of education is not the path that I would like to take anymore, I would love to aid families with my child-caring and educational background while attending online courses.
