Arlette has been watching our son since he was 3 months old. She's been with us for 7 months and has been a great addition to our family. She has been very helpful in assisting us with our son reaching his development milestones by being engaging and helping him stay on a routine. She is punctual every morning and great at communicating her schedule and also our sons needs/questions throughout the day.
