Hi! My name is Lia, I'm a 24-year-old recent college graduate from UCSB with a major in sociology. I've been working with kids since I was 15 and also grew up with a younger brother! Over the last few years, I've worked with all sorts of age groups ranging from 2-13 years old. If it's nice out, I like to take the kids outside, but if not, I whip out my origami skills :) I try to keep the kids off their phones as much as possible if they are of age, and like to get them outside! In my free time, I love hiking, reading, and cooking. I can also help with keeping kids focused during distance learning and make sure they are asking questions! I'm also COVID safe and just tested negative. I absolutely love spending time with kids creating crafts, playing games, cooking/enjoying meals, and having fun.
