I am currently a clinical herbalist, seeing clients privately out of Berkeley. I specialize in emotional well being, but see clients for a vast variety of ailments. I also completed a counseling program out of San Francisco called Interchange Counseling Institute and have a few clients that I see regularly that seek counseling. I recently started to work with a program called The Stepping Stones Project, which is a mentorship program for youth. I have a group of 8 girls and will be preparing them for a rite of passage over the next 3 years. I have a passion for children and I'm excited to be working with them again. I had a long break from working with them! In the past, I nannied for a family of three children from 2007-2011. Two were special needs. They were ages 5, 6 and 11 when I began. I also helped them with homework, as needed. Before that I worked at a residential center for brain injured children. Ages ranged from 6-16. Duties included teaching life skills to transition student out of assisted living, making dinner, community outings. I also worked at a daycare center from 2001-2005. Ages of the children were 2-3.
