Having a sister who is four years younger than me and being the eldest of my cousins, I am familiar with being responsible for children, especially those younger than me. I have watched children of various ages ranging from new-borns to children in middle school (13 years old). I built my primary formal experience when I was in 5th grade working at a local art summer camp, as an assistant counselor specializing in younger children, pre-school to kindergarten age group, while shortly after being a teacher for years at church in the daycare. I am also familiar with working with children with extreme and serious allergies, special diets, learning differences, and also am well educated on the diets and methods that accompany taking care of new-borns!
